Émilie Poirier is a field HR professional. After more than five years as HR Director in SMBs, she developed a fine and pragmatic understanding of SMB realities. Wanting to support a greater number of companies, she then joined the Business Development Bank of Canada (BDC), where she designed and deployed a suite of HR solutions specially adapted to SMBs in Quebec and Canada.
True to her entrepreneurial spirit and desire for an even more direct impact, Émilie then founded HR Factory. Her mission is simple and powerful: transform the complexity of human resources into simple, concrete and operational actions — like a factory that transforms raw material into tangible results.
Her approach is deeply human, collaborative and results-oriented. She supports companies with clarity and conviction. Whether optimizing a process, structuring an HR function, supporting change or facilitating a management workshop, Émilie brings positive and unifying energy and expertise grounded in reality.
